FALL VOLLEYBALL, BEAN BAGS, BOCCE BALL
When summer comes to an end, that doesn’t mean the outdoor fun needs to! Fall outdoor leagues are either Wednesdays (volleyball & bean bags) or Thursdays (volleyball & bocce ball). Outdoor leagues start September 23 with 3 weeks of regular-season games + 1 week of playoffs (ending October 15). SUMMER LEAGUE PLAYOFFS
SCHEDULES & BRACKETS
After the regular-season games, scores are tallied and schedules are updated with the playoff games. The championship games will be held the week of September 14-17 for volleyball, bocce ball, and bean bags.
- Volleyball league playoffs are 4 weeks, starting the week of August 24.
- Bean bag league playoffs are only two weeks, starting August 31 (for Monday night bags) and September 8 (for Tuesday night bags).
- Bocce ball playoffs are also only two weeks, starting the week of September 8-10.
- Spikeball, high school volleyball, and college volleyball leagues playoffs are only one night each: Sun, Aug 16 and Mon, Aug 17.

ABOUT SKYLINE SUMMERS
In the Northland, summers are short but the days are long so get out and play! Join over 500 teams weekly for volleyball, spikeball, bean bags, or bocce ball. Most volleyball leagues are co-ed, but we also offer separate leagues for women’s-only volleyball, college volleyball, and high school volleyball leagues. With rec, intermediate lower, intermediate upper, and advanced divisions, there’s a league that will fit your team’s skills. Escape reality each week and play this summer! Summer league registration starts in March, early bird savings end in April, and leagues usually start in early May (but with the postponements due to the pandemic, leagues start June 22 for 2020)! Playoffs start in mid-August and the season ends in early September (usually a 13-15-week season, depending on the night). If you have questions about leagues, please contact us!
NEW DUCKPIN LEAGUES
With limited spots available, the next Duckpin league is now open for registration. This fall, we’ll be running 3 Duckpin leagues October-December on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. If you miss out on the league, contact us and we will add you to the waitlist for this league or next league.

WEEKLY & EVERY OTHER WEEK LEAGUES
Skyline hosts winter bowling leagues only on weeknights and there are usually lanes available for public bowling, depending on the night. Check out the weeknight lane availability!
Contact us to join a bowling league! Some leagues have availability for new teams while others are on a waitlist. For the weekly traditional bowling leagues, they are managed by league presidents. Prior team registration is required to bowl in leagues. Learn more about the different bowling leagues each day!

Summerfest – Save the date: Sat, Jul 17, 2021
The Summerfest tournament will be held on the 3rd weekend in July. Save the date for next year: Saturday, July 17, 2021. Play volleyball (rec, int. lower, or int. upper), bocce ball, and bean bags to win cash prizes! The bags tournament will be a fundraiser this year for the Hawks Blue Line Club so play for a good cause! The Summerfest tournament is a fun-filled day with drinks specials! Registration opens March 1, 2021.
Skyline Open – Save the Date: Sat, Aug 7, 2021
Save the date for the next Skyline Open tournament on Saturday, August 7, 2021. In the morning, we start playing volleyball with rec, intermediate lower, and intermediate upper divisions for the tournament. In the afternoon, we start bean bags, bocce ball, and drink-in-hand volleyball, which is the ultimate rec league volleyball where all players must hold drinks while playing! Win cash and alcohol prizes. Registration opens March 1, 2021.
Fall Free for All – Save the date: Sat, Sep 11, 2021
After a summer of playing in Skyline’s summer leagues, we will celebrate the season with a Fall FREE for All appreciation tournament will be the Saturday after Labor Day weekend (Saturday, September 11, 2021). This will be the last volleyball, bocce ball, and bean bag tournament of the year and is a THANK YOU to everyone who played up at Skyline this summer! The tournament is free to all summer league players, but prior registration is required to play in the tournament. Registration opens March 1, 2021.
Spike Out ALS Fundraiser Tournament – Save the date: Sun, Sep 12, 2021
On Sunday, September 12, 2021, we will also host the 4th annual Spikeball fundraiser tournament to help Spike Out ALS. The Spikeball and beer pong tournament will be played in the SAND at Skyline Lanes & Volleyball! Teams of two players and the tournament will be round robin with seeded playoffs. All proceeds will be donated to Never Surrender’s Black Woods Blizzard Tour, which benefits those afflicted by ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). Registration opens March 1, 2021.
